S 12The FANUC S-12 features a large work envelope and load capacity for maximum flexibility in a wide range of high speed, medium payload processes.

The double-jointed arm increases work envelope positioning flexibility.

The S-12 is a six-axis electric servo-driven robot that serves as an ideal solution for material handling, material removal, dispensing, machine loading and unloading, and electromechanicalassembly.

The S12 offers such advantages as absolute serial encoder positioning that requires no calibration at power-up, a small footprint for tight installations, and fail-safe brakes on all axes. The s12's low arm mass and rigid design allows precise positioning and high speeds. The FANUC S-12 requires no modifications for upright, inverted, angle, shelf, or wall mounting. The tooling electrical and pneumatic services are internally routed to the wrist.

The S 12 Features brushless AC motors minimize maintenance.  It has directly-coupled drives that are more reliable than belts, pulleys, or chains.  It contains sealed bearings and drives.  Its hollow joint construction that extends cable life by minimizing flexing and preventing snagging.  The S12 is dust and water resistant and has grease fittings on all lubrication points for quick and easy maintenance and quick disconnect robot connecting cables.

S 10Similar to the FANUC ArcMate Sr, the FANUC S-10 robot is an affordable solution to automation needs. Compact and versatile, the S10 RJ is ideal for applications that require precision such as dispensing and assembly. The FANUC S10 has six axes of motion and multiple mounting options add to the flexibility of this robot arm. A slim body allows for minimal floor space requirements.

The S-10 RJ has many performance-enhancing features such as absolute encoder positioning and RV speed reducers on the three major axes for smooth motions at slow speeds. A direct-drive design eliminates troublesome belts, chains, and ball screws. The AC servo motors have a high power-to-weight ratio, allowing for maximum speed and torque. Integral fail-safe brakes on all 6 axes increase safety.

S 6The FANUC S-6 is a six-axis, modular construction, electric servo-driven robot that provides consistent high performance. The S 6 is designed for arc welding, dispensing, and parts handling.

The S6 from FANUC can use either the R-J or R-J2robot controller.  It has 6 degrees of freedom, is compact size with a slim wrist and small Foot Print to permit operation in tight work spaces.  This robot can flip over backwards providing a larger work envelope.  It can be mounted upright, at an angle, on a wall, or inverted.
