The FANUC ArcMate 100iB is a six-axis, modular construction, electric servo-driven weldingrobot. This 100iB Fanuc robot arm was designed with high speed in mind. Compact and flexible, the Arc Mate 100iB robot is capable of high speed welding and cutting, yet precise enough to handle pick and place applications.

The ARC Mate 100iB R-J3iB Fanuc robot salso have extremely narrow wrists, so they can reach easily inside of parts or other machines.  It is powered by electric servos and a R-J3iB controller. The wire feed motor mounts directly to the top arm.  The FanucARCMate 100iB has a relatively light weight payload ability - 6kg - which makes it perfect forwelding applications.

It is compatible with all major brands ofweldingequipment for maximum flexibility. TheArcMate 100iB R-J3iB arc welding robots achieve added durability through the use of sealed bearings and protected drives.

Arc Mate 100iB/6S

The FANUC ArcMate 100iB/6S is a high speed welding robot with a short arm for tight spaces. A compact design allows for easy installation and transportation of the Fanuc 100iB/6s R-J3iB system. The small size of the ArcMate 100iB/6S allows for very small weld cells or a high density ofarc weldingtorches in a given area while high axis speeds enhance product output. With its flexible installation and ease of transportation, this FANUC welding robot is a great addition to any factory floor. 

Arc Mate 100iBe

The FANUC ArcMate 100iBe is a value oriented robot designed to deliver peak productivity forarc welding robot applications. It has six axes, a remarkable reach/stroke ratio, and elevated axis speeds. The compact Fanuc 100iBe R-J3iB welding robot design reduces installation and transportation timing.

The controller has been integrated into the base of the welding robot to simplify installation and conserve production floor space. All basicarc welding robotic software features are supported to provide superior performance for simple and complex arc welding applications. TheArcMate 100i/Be R-J3iB is capable of arc welding as well as a variety of welding applications.

The 100iBe robot has a condensed wrist design minimizes aircut times, high axis speeds enhances product output, and is available with 2 or 6 brakes.
