Compact and very powerful. The IRB 140 W six axes multipurpose industrial robot handles a payload of 6kg with a reach of 810mm (to axis 5). It can be floor mounted, inverted or wall mounted at any angle.

Available in standard, FoundryPlus, Clean Room and Washdown versions, the robot is IP67 protected in its entirety, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

IRB 140 is available in white Clean Room ISO class 6 version, making it especially suited for environments with stringent cleanliness standards.

Using IRB 140T, cycle-times are considerably reduced where axis 1 and 2 predominantly are used.

Reductions between 15-20 % are possible using pure axis 1 and 2 movements. This faster versions is well suited for packing applications and guided operations together with PickMaster.

Wash-Down IRB 340SA 
the washable version of the ABB IRB 340 IRC5 Delta robot has an IP67 protection rating. It is built to withstand cleaning with a low-pressure application of mild detergent. ABB used corrosion-resistant materials and special paint and sealed covers to protect this robot. The fourth axis of the IRB 340SA has slide bearings to facilitate more thorough spray-downs.
